Bad service delivery

Good day i would like to say that Telkom is the worst by far its been 2months now paying for fiber but Don't receive any service been calling and every time it's a different story i don't know if this is how they **** people with money but there service to deliver is very bad i don't even want to give a star please can someone from Telkom sort out my problem because it is really annoying
