Bad service

Terrible service. My fiance lost his phone on the 12 of January till today there is no way forward. His the one that has to do a follow up. Customer Service is very poor. We went to the branch and they said they can't help him. His been a loyal paying customer and for him to receive such bad service is really disheartening. This is not the way to treat customers.
