Bad service

Terrible service from the date I signed up till now I sent an email 9 days ago I sent an email 7 days ago saying I'm waiting for feedback. I am just being ignored. When you ask to speak to a manager they never have a manager on duty imagine that. Getting back charges and charges for debit orders returning that is not your fault then they can't even reconcile an account I had to do it for them and after I did their work for them they ignore my emails. Useless from agents to managers all useless. Go to a telkom store oh my even more useless people.
