bad service

Hi my name is Isabella Clouts I did a Sim swap on 02 March 2021 and the person who assisted me is Beverly in the Goldfields Mall in Welkom... The services is very bad I went back today because she said a Sim swap takes two days it is already six days and she never phoned me as promised. I want to cancel my contract with them.. But all she says is that head office never came back but cannot answer me if I ask why she had not notified me because I do not understand why it goes to credit check before I can get a Sim swap. Welkom Telkom has the badest service. Iam without a Sim card for six days. I would not recoment people to Telkom
