Bad service

I am not happy with Telkom at all.

I saw a omline laptop deal that i am interested on, i requested a callback to enquire about device and each time Telkom rep call i happen to be on work call as well. What sadden me is that the sales only call ones without second attempt since i have requested a call morethan 3 times.

On the last time, i answered and told consultant to call me after 5 minutes but they never did.

Today i tries to use online chat with telkom and the consultant by name of Sibongile Waendy was very rude during the communication which i did not appreciate the tone used on the chat.

On the service query i made sure to select product enquiry and Sibongile Wendy's response was very hash and extremely rudy.

All i am seeking for is to upgrade my contract but seems as telkom is not interested at all.

Atlease try to call 2x time than only once and never call again.
