bad service

your insurance company is garbage, i am still waiting for my phone, that i am paying for mind you, to be returned after i paid the insurance excess over a month ago, plus when i go to the Telkom store where i left my phone and where i got this insurance they suddenly tell me that they are not the same company as the insurance but i received the insurance from them and i left my phone with them, at this point i am really considering going some legal route because i am paying for something i don't have and i am not getting any help from the people that took it.
