BAD SERVICE

I did a contract upgrade at SANDTON CITY last week and to date no one called me to update me of the progress of my application I had to call on Friday and even then I did not get a satisfying service from the consultant I spoke to. Today I called four times and this time no answer at all. This is BAD SERVISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
