Bad service

On Tuesday I bought data R50 witch is 3gig day and night for my Telkom number *** still today I am unable to use it i tried calling number off times they say I must take out sim in and out change settings I dnt understand why I have to change settings for me to use my data even now I can't use my data 👺👺 even the people I talk to on the phone they get irritated witch I don't know why really
