Bad service

I app**** for Fibre through telkom agents who came to my property 3 months back, the installation was quick, however I have not yet received the lit box, visited several stores and they always saying it's out of stock,I have been trying to contact them for 3 months and they kept saying that I don't have an account with them, on Wednesday 13 November, I received an email from them that I owe R2500, 00.
