Bad Service

Telkom is the worst company to do business with in South Africa! In January I was *** by one of their online sales people who keeps telling me my contract have been cancelled, every month they are deducting money from my account which is now owing nearly 17K due to Telkom They are deducting twice a month from my account. I have emailed and phoned multiple times - emails get ignored and when phoning, I have to spend hours to explain and be transferred from one *********** person to the next only to be promised that the cancellation was processed and I am beyond fed up with this company that is supposed to be a major tech company. We haven't used Telkom since the begin of 2023.
