Bad service

I took out a deal with 10 mbps LTE wireless unlimited all hours deal that was R449 and cellphone contract adding to R1500+including the deal.

Telkom debited R1600,26 and this not the amount I agreed on . This is not the first time this happening. I was told that this is due to subscription that is added on this service and have not subscribe anything to that number.Please help.
