Bad service

I have since app**** online for a data Sim, was approved. Delivery was delayed due to sales person jotting my mobile number incorrectly. Received my Sim but have since not been able to use it as for a week now it hadn't been activated. Poor service as I've mailed seversdl times and phones don't go through at all.
