Bad Service Contract Debiting Money Even When Contract Ended

Rev-Sam Mahlole I had a contract with Telkom for R99 per month which ended on May (2 years) and last month they tried to deduct R70 I reversed it but yesterday R342.70 was debited what is it that for? Trying to call the acustomer care and they giving me attitude not assisting telling me I should have cancelled this even when my 2 year contract is done, cant their system automatically see this. Telkom I want my money. ***
