Bad service, confused consultant

I called 3 July to cancel my contract, Zanele Bhengu was assisting me, only to find out that the contract is not canceled, I called on 06 July to find out why Violet Matlou told me that my contract is still active and they don't have access to cancel the contract I must do it my self,,,, 5 minutes after I called spoke to Boipilo and she canceled my contract,, Why all this??? I don't even know if it is canceled
