Bad service, **** company

I took a sim card contract in September which was not working for me since the network was horrible and the data was forfeited each single month.

Took a decision to cancel the wifi package and it was made clear to me that the contract is closed and I don't owe anything.

To my surprise 3 months later telkom attempts to debit money from my account which leaves a negative amount and affects my credit horribly. I keep going to the branch to get this mess rectified and all they do is give me bull**** stories about how the matter is escalated. I tried different branches and they were all giving me a bad stinking attitude.
