Bad service

I bought a contract phone at telkom Vaal Mall on the 24th of May 2023, I was assisted by Lydia and i requested to use my old no as my contract no so my data, minutes and so on can be entered on my old no, In order for me to do that i had to port from MTN to telkom but i couldn't do porting on that day so i can back on the 25th of May to do porting and i was assisted by same lady and she told me that it will take 2 hours to port buy 2 hours passed, 24 hours passed but porting didn't happen, I called Telkom Vaal Mall but there was no answer and everyday when i called there was no answer. I called Telkom call centre then i was told it would take atleast 72 hours but after 72 hours still there was no porting that took place.

On the 14th of June i went to Telkom Vaal Mall to get help but i couldn't be assisted because they were offline, Xolani Ndlovu tried to assist me but he couldn't go any further, He managed to log in and take fingerprints but system didn't allow him to carry on, He said he can see that porting was done but didn't go through i don't have to start afresh i need to carry on from there but i had to leave because they were offline.

On Monday 19 June i went back to telkom Vaal Mall and now i was told that I need to do a new pprting application but i couldn't get assistance because the guy who waa helping soad they OUT OF STOCK on sim cards but i had a new sim card that i got from Telkom Vaal mall that has never been used but he said he can't do a porting with that sim and they out of stock on sim cards and that didn't make sense to me because if they sell a new phone it will come with a new sim so the story of sim cards out of stock didn't make sense.

And why he couldn't use the UNUSED sim card i had with me? Because it waa still new and worse part when you call that shop for assistance no one answers thr phone which i find very selfish and stupid of them to have a phone but clients can not get assistance from them over the phone

He just told me to go to Telkom Three rivers for assistance which i found very unprofessional.
