Bad service

Telkom customer care service line is nonsense,you wait without being assisted,i spoke to some lady by a name of Yaseenah, who i explained my query to her and had failed to assist me and she was very rude.

I have tried to call Telkom customer care several times to make an inquiry with my existing contract as I am no longer happy with their service anymore. All the used they have said I should try and dial the options says are invalid.

When they want to sign you up they call you non stop but they fail to assist you with when you are their customers.
