Bad service

I completed my details on the Telkom website to apply for a contract phone, a few days later a consultant phoned me and we did the application over the phone. She advised that the application was successful and that the phone will be delivered within 7-14 days. To my surprise I received only the sim card.

I then decided to go to the branch and was told that the consultant gave me a sim only contract. I have been trying to call their call centre for some time now, when they are not answering they are offline.

I don't understand how a big organization like this can be so *********** to the point of giving clients contracts that they didn't sign up or agree to.
