Bad service

So much for Telkom to conveniently forget to tell you they don't bother assisting with insurance claim process,now I have to deal with finrite aministrators that does not give a damn about your claim,they don't bother to inform you I have to call in for follow up..waiting for a phone that was suppose to be delivered with in 7 days .NEVER TAKE A PHONE WITH TELKOM INSURANCE..
