Bad service

My name is lebogang Serache I have a contract with telkom. I called on 04 Saturday 2023 to enquire about my billing, I spoke to a lady who was in impatient and rude ended up dropping the call on me. It was shocking experience to encounter such in manner especially from a call center agent
