Bad Service - Cannot make international calls

I have contacted Telkom on numerous occasions regarding our Comapany not being able to make international calls. Firstly they say I should contact Technical department. When contacting Technical department they say I should contact sales. When I contact sales they say I should contact Technical department. When asking Technical for a reference number they say that they cannot provide one because no fault has been logged. I am very disappointed as the problem has not been resolved and this is very time consuming and absolutely frustrating.
