Bad service - cancellation of service

March 2018 I went to Kolonnade Retailpark TDS. Louwtjie assist me and was very profession and helpful. I requested my number ( ********** 899) to be cancelled sothat it could be migrated to prepaid. After numerous calls and faxes send I still received accounts. PLEASE !!!! Telkom.
