bad service

I have had an issue with Telkom for the past 3 months, every time I call I get told I wont be billed more anymore and that it has been resolved.

but the problem still persists, agents like Nancy are rude, even the team leaders drop calls after minutes of holding for them I am not happy with their services and my problem is still not resolved
