Bad service

I am personally not happy with the service by Mr Kom from Telkom they had promised to install a wifi router for me on the 9th of July but they did not I had called them and they promised to install it on the 13th of July 2020 but they Did not arrive my son needs to do his school work sent to him by his teachers but is unable to because of this inconvenience he is falling behind on work I plead with Telkom to send someone to 15 wagtail way Ladysmith kzn to install the router.
