BAD SERVICE

It's been 5 days without the internet connection. Calling everyday, begging for help still no luck. This afternoon I received an sms stating that my issue was resolved, guess what, we still do not have internet connection. We went to the telkom shop twice this week, and still are issue is not resolved.
