Bad service bybtelkom

I bought a data sim and it was delivered on the 25th December 2018 when I called to activate the SIM the said within 72 hours, after the 72 hours SIM still not activated I called they logged an incident then said another 72 hours I called today to followup on the activation now the consultant said it will be activated in 10 working days which means the 14th January 2019.

The worst service ever who gets a contract and get it activated 20 days layers.
