Bad service by Telkom insurance Finrite (Ref: ***)

<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>This is to express my disappointment with the service that I received from telkom finrite insurance consultants and administrators.</p> <p> </p> <p>I bought a cellphone on contract at Telkom (The Glen Mall) in Johannesburg and I took the insurance for repairs and if ****** or lost. I have then submitted my phone for repairs as it is broken, it has now being a month and the phone is still not repaired.</p> <p> </p> <p>It seems like no one knows what is happening, I cannot even estimate when I might receive my phone as it is not even repaired yet.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Mrs Andile Sithole</p> <p> </p>
