Bad Service by Telkom

I would like to lodge a complaint on the call centre agent that assist me earlier today named Sanelisiwe Khumalo. I was on a phone call with her and there was background noise which sounded like she was cooking. Her approach was very rude and constantly giving me excuses that she can't hear me. I would like Telkom to give me a call regarding this issue.
