bad service by TELKOM

i app**** for a month-to-month sim card, and after 11 months I wanted to cancel this sim card, I was given a 24months contract, which I didn't sign. they promise to listen to the recording they have in regard to the sim card application, but they never call me back with feedback. when I called they only told me they would change it to month to month they said nothing about the recording or whatever. later I canceled the sim card they keep on debiting money and there is no solution the only thing I'm told is if they debit and find no money they'll keep on adding fee rejection which is 202. I don't know what to do anymore with TELKOM
