Bad service by Telkom, can't resolve a simple issue they punish the client for their incompetence..

Incompetence and ineptitude of Telkom is worse. They terminated my service unfairly. Changed banking details for debit orders in October 2022. I have 2 accounts; they choose update and debit 1 on the updated banking details and leave the other forcing me to inconveniently do manual payments on the other. Complained that they would address it 11 months later nothing was done but they punish me by terminating my service despite having money in the account. Terrible service at best, can't wait for this contract to come to an end.
