Bad service by Telkom and Telkom store, I will never take any product from Telkom

I always here people crying about Telkom and their bad service..

I had a problem with my ADSL Telkom device, they sent me technician who advice me that I must taje the rooter to the Telkom store, where they will test and give me a new one, the rooter was taken there as requested and I awa told that I have to wait for 30 days they are going to book it in for repairs, at first when I was told or take the contract I was told that within 3months they will provide with a new rooter.

I feel that Telkom is still from people and also the people who are employed are useless, the manager who came to assist he came with an attitude leaving me standing in her store where I have to ask a staff member ito call him.

This service is terrible and unwanted, who can wait for a month for the service that I paid for on a monthly basis, this is theft or ***** to customers.

I had no choice to book the device ..

But the manager Evon who came with an attitude doesn't deserve to work with customers.
