Bad service by telkom agents

I could like to rate them one star, bcoz of the very very bad service I received today from four of their call center agent, my mistake that I did was to ask her why is asking me if I ordered a Samsung A12, bcoz she can see on her system. Then even when I give her the answer she requested. Then she carried on being rude. Then she dropped the call on me. When I call again I could tell that she told her colleagues not to assist me. Bcoz Zama Ndulo just hang up on me, then I called again I found Noxolo something and she just put my call on hold without informing me,up antil the call dropped. I called again I found someone then I was told to call again they have a problem with their system. As it stands I still don't know what is happening with my order. It has been more than 14days.still waiting
