There was an incident not getting their money now they suspended my contract then I called them and we made arrangements to pat the amount I owe and I told consultant that I received statements already so if I can do this payment it won't be deducted double end of the month and she said no, I paid the balance im owing them on the 22/03/2025 came end of the month they deducted double and I call them for refund they said I must wait for 5 to 7day to reflect on their side, fine when I called them again after 7days and the consultant told me the invoice is issued already so the system used the credit to pay my next debit order they can't process refund and I have emergency and need money
