Bad service by telkom

Five months ago I bought an LTE deal with Telkom which was on promotion. The deal included a router 10gb+10gb for R99 a month. To my surprise when I connected I found out they only gave me 5gb+5gb per month which wasn't what I app**** for. I have been complaining since last year and seems like they not willing to help me. They said they will listen to the voice recording since I bought the deal on line yet 3 months later the matter hasn't been resolved.
