Bad Service by Telkom

I am fed up with the level of service I have received from Telkom. On the 13th of June at around 07:50, I was told to give it about 5-24 hours for reconnection after my account was suspended abruptly.

We are on the 15th of June and time is 20:03 and my issue is still not yet resolved and I have been taken from pillar to post by the call centre agents. HElKOM
