Bad service by Martha at Telkom Sandton City Store

I contacted telkom store Sandton City branch about a month ago to pre order iphone 12 pro and I spoke to Martha. She reassured me that she will order the phone and give me feedback once done. I waited for 2 weeks so I decided to go to the store in person and when I got there, she was off. I then left a message to ask her to call me back on Monday since I went there on a Friday, she never called me. Last week Thursday I called the branch and asked to speak to her, she informed me that they have not yet received stock for the iPhone 12 pro however they have iPhone 12 pro max in store. I requested her to please do an application on the iPhone 12 pro max that same Thursday around 2pm and she said she will call me back when she's done, I also requested that can she check home much I am still owing for the other phones as I want to settle them off and she advised that she will check and call me back after 5 minutes. She never called me back and worse now when I call the store my calls don't get answered. I called Sunday morning and again today around 2 still my calls don't get answered. I called with a different number and the call was answered which means that now she is avoiding me. I received a very bad service this time around with Martha and I will like that the Telkom company disciplines her accordingly for treating customers unfairly. I do not have a phone and it is so frustrating having to call everyday and not getting assistance. She promised that there is an iPhone 12 pro max in colour green in store and that she will process my application and then now she is running away from me and avoiding my calls.
