bad service /bunch of ******

bunch of ****** i took a contract with Telkom and it was a R99 sim only they only debited me that R99 one month and then they debited me R139 now i want to cancel the contract they taking me from pillar to post. I've never dealt with such a bunch of *********** staff , i would never recommend Telkom to any one when you call them and request to speak to the senior they tell you that you cant speak to team leader what bull is that.....they tell you that they cant transfer the call to another department and you have to call back wow useless.
