Bad service, bunch of *******

Bunch ot ******* I was retrenched and mad arrangements to pay account few days later. They gave me an extension and said funds will be deducted the 15 May. On the 8 May they hand me over to debt collectors. And on the 15th they try to deduct a double payment. Now account incurred additional charges as I didn't have enough funds for a double payment. I requested the recording now it's missing. Made a payment and they deducted double payment after I told them Unemployed. Today they switched off the wifi even though I the account is paid in full including a month in advance. The agent confirmed but they show I'm in arrears as the payment does not reflect.
