Bad service beyond measure

I am very disgusted and appalled at Telkom's customer service, I can confirm that they take no pride in ensuring that a customer is fully assisted. I have been having an issue with one of my three numbers which was suspended and when I call to get it un-suspended I keep getting the same response, "hi sir we are logging a call for your number to be un-suspended" I have probably called about 6-7 times now and I am getting no where with Telkom. If this the service that the are prepared to give to paying customers I am really disgusted at this level of service. I sometimes wonder whether they put their-selves in our positions to understand our frustrations when we keep getting the same response from them, without any progressive feedback. If I really could I would cancel my existing Telkom contract without the faintest of hestation, I have really had it with these guys and their poor level of service.
