Bad service!!!! Been waiting for them to install my fibre for more than a month now already

Bad service!!!! Been waiting for them to install my fibre for more than a month now already. Everytime it’s a different story. Phoned the sales contact centre now and I was holding the line few minutes later the phoned died I tried phoning again and it says the number you have dial does not exist.
