Bad service

I have been with Telkom for quite some time and never really had any problems HOWEVER since they called to ask if we would like to go onto fibre for a R100 more our internet is terrible running on 3.5download speed and 0.36 upload speed plus we used to pay R660 it is now R735 and get this NO ONE ONLINE/BY PHONE OR IN OFFICE can help!!!!!!!! I even queried them on facebook - they rep**** that is has been escalated but to date NO response - sent them a 2nd request but to no avail...think of cancelling but where to go as it seems that bad service is the norm
