BAD SERVICE

Got my new cell phone last week Tuesday, Sim does not pick up service no matter where i am. i have left messages on their site to please call me, have done this 5 times yet no one bothers, really feel like cancelling this contact as it is still with in 7 days. can someone please make an effort and contact me
