bad service

I app**** for the 10gig day and 10gig night contract which comes with a modem, the agreement was for Telkom to debit R169 every month however they are debiting R450 and when I called to query this I was told I have two contract a modem and a router, I never app**** for a router, I requested for this contract to be cancelled this has not been done and now Telkom is refusing to cancel both contract as I no longer want to do business with them.
