Bad service, bad service bad service no accountability.

I have a case with telkom. They suspended my phone, laptop and wifi. They promised to call me in 72 hours to resolve the matter. 72 hours passed, still no call no solution to the problem. I went to their branch and still they case wasn't handled. They are telling me to wait another 72 hours. I am a property agent I need my phone to contact clients and wifi to list my listing's. I wouldn't recommend telkom any more. It's sad because I never missed a payment.
