Bad Service, Bad Products, Bad Company - Stay Away

I wrote a review for Telkom on the 11th of September after logging the issue with the call center. I got an SMS on friday to say ticket was closed. TO rate telkom. So i rated them all as low as possible.

Because to date no technician has called me, issue has gotten worse.

And when i call to ask what is going on i find out my ticket was placed in the incorrect queue and nothing has been done in a month.

After telkom reply to me on Hello peter to say my query has been received and escalated.

This company is a joke. I hope it becomes private owned quickly as the useless ANC attitude lives in this company.

Previous Ref : AI ********** lets see what happens now. My guess is more nothing.

Stay away from telkom and all its products.
