Bad service - bad luck

We went to telkom to port from vodacom to telkom. Guess what we are waiting for 2 weeks now for the port to go through. Phoned call centre last night to assist. I sms'd what they told me to. still it does not work. Keeps on saying the sim number incorrect and this is the second sim. Everyone says telkom is so great but really the service is not. We are so frustrated i already bought airtime for the new telkom sim but i have been waiting 2 weeks to use it. I am still on vodacom. They keep on telling us it takes 48hours. But its 2 weeks already now. We seriously need assistance.....
