BAD SERVICE, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, USELESS BUSINESS

I ordered an iPhone 15 last month and it still hasn't been delivered. I have called the Telkom customer service line multiple times with no success in knowing when i will receive the phone. 1 don't understand how, as a business, you can advertise a product and have no stock. And still have the audacity to say that you don't know when you will receive stock. Telkom is a very useless business. And their customer service is even more useless.
