Bad service , bad attitude, no customer servise

I went in the the branch to apply for the big deal , 1st ... I waited what was more than 30mins to get help , while staff is talking amongst them self , even had to ask someone to help me ... Of which I was told to wait ...

When I got the "help" I needed is was useless, all relevant was put on the system but wanted for all my info to be re-entered ... But the consulted looked bore/ not interested to redo ... It ...

I said ... You don't look happy to assist me a d get this thing done ... And he didn't try to help me or redo the process of my application ...

If the real deal.. 99 deal was not do important . y do u advice it and when we got to branches to get help .. The stuff don't have any excitement in helping customers...

I wanted to take a phone on contract phone but trust me am not going to that branch ... Staff u hire make or brake a brand ... And people go to look else where ....

Telkom Wonder park is disappointing , terrible ...

Revemped store ... Same bad service !!!
