Bad service

Pathetic service received a router on the 16 September phone in to say I did not order any thing apparently a forced migration. Was on uncapped received a Sim card with the router with 10gb on. Phoning since the 16 September for them to rectify someone was suppose to phone me back since 16 September still waiting for them have being calling them non stop with everyone giving me a different story.
