Bad service!!!

I am very upset with the service received at the Telkom branch in bayside mall!!!!!!

We traveled to get a sim swop done since they can’t do it online or telephonically! Get to the store, only to be told to fetch proof of address which is understandable since it’s a requirement! After doing all that, the consultant gives us a SIM card and says “it’s active” to my knowledge I know a sim swop take couple of hours! I put in the sim after 6 hours! Boom I get a new number! Which clearly means nothing was done!!

Definitely leaving this network!!!
